I preferred one to one counseling, rather than group therapy. It all depends on the group you are with weather it works or not for me.

Bereavement counseling is personal and you can confident be outspoken more with one to one.

When we arrived we were welcomed in - everyone was kind and supportive. They reassued us as much as possible and did what they could to help.

Pippa was fantastic therapist and really gave the impression of caring. To the point where I am currently not seeking further help.
